For information about shipping times & costs:
This will depend on your location and this will be calculated in the customer designer, and after you have added your item to your cart. It is not possible to know cost of shipping and times of shipping until you have provided your information first.
For Help with the Custom Designer:
You will see a ? in a circle in the bottom of the custom designer. Click on this and a help page will open to provide you full instructions. You can open and close this as many times as you need to.
